Needing a A2 look, here is the "cheaper than dirt" alternative.
I am happy, using it for a Parade/Reinactment purposes to recreate an A2 rifle to meet era look, so it suits my needs just fine. It seems tough enough for the "real world" as well. I my try to "sight it" in one days but who knows when/if that will ever happen.

Buy this handle.
Love the look and price. Exactly what I wanted. My only recommendation would be to make the hand tightening nuts smaller/thinner as they stick out to the side more than I'd like. Sights flip back and forth as they should.

Good buy for the money
I've got two of these, each on a different AR. No, they aren't anodized, yes they're made in China. But for the price you can't go wrong. The windage and elevation knobs are good and tight so you're zero won't easily be lost. It attaches tightly to your flat top receiver and doesn't come loose. The finish, whatever it is, actually matches my rifles perfect due to the Ballistol I use darkening my anodized receivers.

Good quality verses price
I've got two of these handles and each is great. Yeah, they're not milspec anodized but they're still durable as heck. Don't waste your time on optics that need batteries. Train with iron sights. In a SHTF you won't be able to find batteries anyway.

Old School Rear Sights
Works ok for my AR, just wish the screws were either Phillips or Hex heads and not flat. Takes me back to my days in the Corps and my M-16A2.

Good product though not for actually carrying unless you have petite hands.
My PSA PA-15 was missing something. I was going for an authentic look for my first AR and it was flat top rail style. I went looking a carry handle to purchase and ended up getting this one mainly based on price but it also has mostly good reviews. Mine is mostly for aesthetics but it is rugged and holds on the rail well. The rear sight flips up for far shots and there is a hole for rail mount on top. Not for large fingers though. not much clearance through if used as a carry handle.

Quality control was absent on this product
I am disappointed with the quality of the windage knob. It is very loose and can be turned by simply bumping the knob gently. The knob is not fully seated on the screw shaft where it is pinned. Since it is pinned it cannot be fully seated on the screw shaft due to hole for pin being drilled too far outward. I would not recommend it to be purchased by anyone.

I mounted this to a Stag
I mounted this to a Stag AR-15. It fit snugly and feels solid when mounted with no wiggling. The sight aperture is firm and takes some muscle to flip it which in my opinion is good. This is a solid built carry handle with a rugged rear sight. I would buy another if I had a second AR.

This item's built in rear sight is the same height as a standard AR15 rear sight and your gas block ultimately determines the height your front sight needs to be. This will work with a standard 'same plane' front sight if you are mounting the front sight to a gas block or handguard that is the same height as your receiver's rail. However, if you are mounting a sight to a gas block that looks lower than your receiver rail, than you will need a 'lower 1/3' front sight.
