Not as aggressive, more like rubber
Comfortable and soft like rubber, not extremely aggressive in texture. It would be better if it was more sandpaper-like in texture.Looks clean and it was easy to install and move around.If you want to cover your entire rail, you'll need to buy at least 5 or 6 packs.

Will these fit on a Troy Picatinny rail?
