The package also includes the enhanced Strike Magazine Release button and spring for a complete drop-in upgrade. For left-handed folks or for those that just want more options, the Strike Ambi-Mag Release is the perfect component to have.

Sticks in the "release" position.
I love ambi controls, but this one has a pretty big design flaw. Whereas most competitors' mag releases have the left side control working as an extra lever in parallel with the main button, this one works in series; with the left side control having an exceptionally weaker independent spring force. Weak enough that it will stick in the "release" position when by itself outside of the gun if actuated slowly enough, even with a well lubed joint. Throw it in a receiver, and the extra friction will let it stick simply from loading a magazine into the magwell. See attached photos of it in locked and stuck in "release" both in and out of a lower.Strike Industries parts are usually on the cheaper end of things, but still designed and machined well enough to be functional, so I'm rather disappointed.
