The SteriPEN Adventurer Opti purifies water by use of ultraviolet light to kill bacteria. It has an optical eye sensor to ensure safe use and effective treatment. The sensor doubles as an integrated LED flashlight. The long lasting UV lamp will purify up to 8000 liters of water. Use in water containers with a minimum 1.75" diameter opening like Nalgene wide mouth bottles. The SteriPEN is ruggedly designed and is effective even in cold environments.
