The Matriarch 2 is made by Spyderco and is a decedent of the Civilian knife. With the same Reverse "S" blade style and the injected molded FRN handle from the Endura line topped off with the Emerson Opener, this knife is one ready for use in an instant. The Matriarch 2 blade is made like an oversized animal claw with a thin blade to catch and pull the target into the VG-10 Hollow ground fully serrated full belly for slicing. Not really made for daily use because of the unique design but it can be with you and at the ready if you ever do need it. The handle is black FRN with the pocket clip that can be mounted for tip-down carry with a custom curved black clip, the knife rides deeply and unobtrusively in a pocket.
