SportEar lets you hear while you're stalking but lets you protect your hearing when you fire. The Ghost Styke II electronically blocks noises above 85 dB but allows up to 8X volume for normal hearing. So this allows you to talk and hear a in a normal voice at the range on in the field but when anything around you produces a noise above 85dB your hearing is protected. An added bonus is the to 30 DB NRR with the included foam tips. And this can be used for more than just shooting, concerts woodworking and industrial noises anywhere there is loud noises you can protect your hearing with the Ghost Stryke II.
