Do you want to reduce your exposure to hazards while you are training? Then you’ll love Speer’s Lawman Reduced Hazard Training series ammunition! It’s designed so cops can stay safer at the range, and it’ll do the same for you!

Don’t choose FMJ bullets for shooting steel. Choose this round’s frangible projectile instead. It was created via “frittage.” More specifically, it was created when copper and tin powders were hardened into a solid mass via heat and pressurization, but without being liquified in the process.

If an FMJ hits steel, it can spray lead and copper fragments at you. Not good. But if this round’s frangible bullet does the same, it will powderize most (if not all) of itself on contact. That poses a vastly lower risk of dangerous “splash-back.” Ignition and impact won’t aerosolize/disperse lead into the air, either, which makes this ammo the nervous system-friendly choice for indoor range exercises.
