Excellent Bayonet
The coating makes it difficult to use it as a wire cutter at first, but this is remedied with using it more and rubbing the coating around the hole where you line up the lug off. Pros: Built In Sharpener Cons: Coating

There's contradicting answers to whether or not this bayonet fits onto a 16" barrel. How can it fit onto a 20" barrel but not a 16" barrel and if it doesn't fit, where can we find proper adapters in order for the bayonet to fit on any barrel longer than 14.5"?
Answer:
There are differences in the distance from the muzzle to the lug. An M-9 bayonet can not be affixed on a rifle with a 16" barrel.

Will this fit on a smith and wesson M&P 15 sport 2?
Answer:
No. M-9 bayonets cannot be affixed to an AR-15 with a 16" barrel.
