This magazine is for S&W M&P15 rifle models chambered in .22 LR. This particular M&P15-22 magazine is the same length as the 25-round magazine, but modified to hold only 10 rounds in order to comply with areas where laws restrict larger capacity magazines. The Military & Police (M&P) magazine is made of polymer and is made to Smith & Wesson's specifications and tolerances, using the same manufacturing and materials as the original equipment magazines to ensure perfect fit and operation.

meh.
It feeds flawlessly and rocks in and kicks out just like a standard GI magazine. But it's ruined by the lack of side tabs to depress the magazine spring for loading. Bring a six-penny common nail to the range with you to shove through the hole to help reloading.

This magazine works great
This magazine works great. As stated in description this is a full length magazine that holds 10 rounds to be California compliant. Some people like the full length magazine even though it only holds 10 rounds as it looks better mounted to gun than the 10 round little, short version.

Got 3 of these for my new
Got 3 of these for my new rifle. Worked great at the range and running a course. No feed problems, good quality magazines. Zero stars for the Kommunist Republic of Kalifornia because I can't legally use a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds. But that has nothing to do with this item.

I left a one bullet cause
I left a one bullet cause it couldn't leave -10. It's not a 10 round magazine. It's a 25 that's been pinned to only accept 10 rounds. And it doesn't have the easier load tabs to press the spring down.
