Good value for the cost.
This is a very nice case for the money. I use it to transport a new Browning Citori to the range. Everything fits and the interior is covered in a way that protects the finish of the gun in it's dis-assembled condition. The materials overall are very good, zippers are sturdy and the fit and finish is excellent. High value for the money.

Will this fit a Charles Daly O/U shotgun and hold It and accessories securely ?

If your overall barrel length is less than 33.75" long, then yes this should provide a secure fit for the parts of your over/under shotgun.
Does the case have enough stiffness to it to allow it to be strapped down over a motorcycle seat without putting any undue strain on the gun inside?

This case has some stiffness, but since this is not a hard case, I would recommend using a plywood board as a backer to support the weight.
