Simply attach the 1/4"-20 threaded binocular stud to your binoculars and then insert the stud into the Threaded Lock-Down Mount. The Lock-Down Mount secures the binoculars and prevents them from rotating. The binoculars can be quickly removed from the Lock-Down Mount if needed for panning larger areas without having the Arca mount attached.
