Let's say you want to take your everyday carry gun to the range, and rather than go through the hassle to swap parts over, you can take your spare slide and have it ready to go with your favorite red dot, threaded barrel, and sight combination. With this spare slide the sky is the limit. The stainless steel slide comes standard with X-ray Night sights, and an optics ready sight plate.
