Worth every penny!
Great scope! The only thing I didn't like was the shadowing when it was @ 10. I took off the caps most of that went away. I would highly recommend this scope to any one. For the price it's right up there with the same scopes that cost $1ooo and more.

Would I still need to buy a scope mount like this for the mini 14 (RGR-042-002) or is everything included? I’m new to guns
Answer:
If your Mini-14 has a picatinny rail mounted to the top, then this mount will fit and no additional parts are needed. If your Mini-14 does not have a picatinny rail for this to mount to, then you will need to add one. Check out item # RGR-042-001 and RGR-042-002.
Where is this scope made?
Answer:
This scope was made in Oregon.
Thought this scope was first focal plane?
Answer:
Sig makes the Tango-MSR 1-10x in both first and second focal plane. This scope is the second focal plane model. If you are looking for the first focal plane model, try item # 2-SGSOTM11002.
What caliber is the BDC set up for?
Answer:
Unfortunately Sig does not specify the caliber, however, their value diagram for the BDC10 reticle shows the top line under the illuminated horseshoe is 5.04 MOA, the next line down is 8.84 MOA, then 13.45, 17.28, 22.61, and the bottom line is 28.69 MOA. For reference, according to Sierra's published on the box ballistic chart, their 308 Win Matchking Competition ammo with 175gr Sierra Matchkings has a bullet drop at 500 yards of 10 MOA and at 600 yards of 14.2 MOA.
