Motion Activated, Motac Technology, turns the ROMEO5 on when it detects motion and puts it in sleep mode after 2 minutes of inactivity. This gives a battery life of up to 40,000 hours. Waterproof and fog-proof, the ROMEO5 has an IPX7 rating for complete immersion up to 1 meter. When mounted on a M1913 Picatinny rail the ROMEO5 has a co-witness height of 1.41".
