If your slide is cut to fit a Romeo Zero or you have the correct adapter plate installed, than yes this will fit.
does this site fit Glock 19 with optics ready slide, and does it allow co witness with the existing factory sites?

This optic was designed for small single stack pistols like the Sig 365 or Glock 43 in mind, so this optic may be smaller than you would like for your firearm. I would recommend an optic with a wider footprint, check out item # SCP-276-182. Regardless of which optic you use, you will likely need an adapter plate. If you have the Glock 19 MOS model than you may already have adapter plates for the most common optic footprints.
