can the magnifier flip to the left side ?

Yes. It is reversible to flip to either side.
Will this work on a stock Delton AR 15?
Answer:
Yes this will work well with your AR15.
This work on A-K 47??

If you add a picatinny rail to your AK for this to mount to, then yes this will work. However, the front sight on the AK is a little lower than a standard AR15 front sight, so this optic will not co-witness with the front sight.

No this combo is designed to mount on a picatinny rail.
