This round’s 130 grain bullet is a polymer-tipped contraption of Sig’s own creation. It is sleek front and back thanks to its tip and boat tail, and has the jacket concentricity (and resultant stability) requisite for a .510 G1 BC. Sight height 1.5”, 200-yard zero? Drop of just -7.25” at 300 yards. Flat!

The same features which make the bullet more accurate also make it more deadly. When its hard tip drives into its nose cavity, the bullet’s tough jacket produces explosive expansion (minus excessive fragmentation).

Sig’s brass, primers and powder are all top notch. Once the powder and primer have served their purposes, the reloadable case remains ready for service again.
