Generally good ammo
This ammo was designed by Sig for its 9mm 3.1" barrel micro pistols, such as the P290 and the P365. It was recommended to me personally by the semi-famous Sig factory rep, as both the elite 365 personal defense ammo and the FMJ version are designed to fire exactly the same from these small-barrelled pistols. I bought and fired 200 rounds of ball FMJ, and 100 rounds of the personal defense version. To me, they fired exactly the same from the bench with both my P290 and my P365, very accurate out to the 20 yards I tried. They burned very cleanly. The only drawback I saw was that in the 300 rounds fired, twice the magazine emptied but failed to lock back on my P365. THis does not happen often with my other ammo types tried (I have shot about ten different manufacturer's rounds so far, with only maybe a couple of failure to lock back). One the other hand, every round fed, fired and extracted cleanly. Not sure if my problem was the ammo or the new P365, but since both were from the same manufacturer, you would think they would work together flawlessly.
