I have used these bullets
I have used these bullets for reloading/hunting for the last 40 years. They are accurate and have good penetration. The jackets are a little bit light compared to other brands, but work quite well on thin-skinned game like Whitetail deer, Coyotes, and Bobcats. They are a little light for feral hogs, but usually get the job done. Sierra's quality has always been second to none.

I have reloaded, shot and hunted with this bullet in my .308 Winchester in different makes of rifles as well as custom rifles. It has always been super accurate. I have shot (and killed) numerous animals from Jackrabbits up to and including Mule Deer at ranges from 25 yards up to 600 yards. Most have been one shot kills. Bullets have always performed.

This is pretty much the standard for accuracy if you have a twist rate of 9 in 1 or faster. It is also a good self defense round. Load it up to about 3,000 fps. Don't be afraid to try it for really long range target shooting also.
