Before All Else Be Armed

If you upgraded your standard Glock 43X/48 magazines with the Shield Arms S15 metal magazines then you need the Shield Arms metal magazine catch/release to complete your upgrade. While the standard plastic Glock magazine release will work with the S15 magazine you may see increased wear on the release. Shield Arms recommends plastic on plastic and steel on steel when pairing the magazine release and the magazine. Manufactured from steel with a PVD coating, the Shield Arms magazine catch will provide excellent reliability and durability when using S15 magazines. You can use your standard plastic Glock magazines but you may see increased wear to the magazine.
