This cartridge’s bullet is a full metal jacket boat tail. Lead core. Copper jacket. Tapered base. Simple stuff. At 140 grains, the bullet is due to dart out of a 23.75” test barrel’s muzzle at a velocity of 2,658 fps, at which rate it’s going to have a .491 G1/.247 G7 ballistic coefficient. Not bad! Based on the G7 figure, we should expect to see this sort of trajectory:

• 100 yds: 2.09”
• 200 yds: 0.01”
• 300 yds: -8.61”
• 400 yds: -24.80”
• 500 yds: -49.83”
