The SBM47 is a complete assembly with an AK adapter, tube and brace. Its installation does not change the classification of a pistol in accordance with GCA provisions. The SBM47 features a slim profile and enhanced cheek weld ergonomics. The SBM47 brace provides you all the advantages of a pistol with the improved control of adding a third point of contact.

Mounted right up to my Hellpup pistol. I also added a quick disconnect sling mount between it and the grip.

For a Draco, do you need to drill holes to install?

No. It's locked between the grip and the receiver.
Will this fit M+M inc M10 hybrid AK-47 pistol?

Their is more than one variant of the M10 pistol. If you have the version without an armbrace, than yes this will fit. However, if you have the version with arm brace already attached, than this will not fit.
