Featuring the Self Locking System (SLS), the firearm remains securely locked and in place underneath the locking hood. By simply pushing down and rotating the hood forward, the gun is ready to be drawn. Made from Safariland's proprietary thermal plastic, the SLS protects the firearm from the elements. SafariSuede, a soft internal coating prevents scratches and finish wear. The SLS Mid-Ride features a universal belt loop that mounts securely and comfortably. The belt mount provides a tensioning screw that when adjusted properly, can provide level 3 retention. The SLS is a top tier, level 2 retention holster that allows for a smooth draw, comfortable wear, and mission essential security.
