Doesn't allow bolt carrier to feed rounds!
Great design...when it works! Bought the new mag. for use in two different Ruger 10/22 model rimfire rifles used for varmint and plinking purposes. Previous magazine worked fine but the new Ruger BX-25 magazine when locked into the mag. well correctly projects too high and hangs up the bolt carrier, not allowing the bolt to close and/or function. Same problem in both rifles that function fine with the original rotary magazines. The new BX-25 is worthless!

Junk!
One side fed maybe a third of the rounds and jammed the rest. The other side wouldn't feed not even a single round and I had to dig every round out with a small screwdriver. I own 2 Ruger 10/22's and tried it in both rifles. Same results both times. I had hoped that with it being made by Ruger that it would be of better design and quality.

ATT.!! Great Mag- BUT wont fit PROMAG ARCHANGEL .22Lr CONV
Love these mags, only reason i gave a four stars was cause it falls short 1/4-1/2" of locking in my PROMAG ARCHANGEL Conversion, Which by the way is BAD A++ ! IF they extended the double mag mount down a small bit would have any issues. But as you can see, there isn't much clearance. I understand how they didn't make this mag specifically for the conversion promag kit, and for compact and tight fitting. Would be nice if they made another one that did. Save yourself the Time and shipping cost. On a side note this is a flawless performing product.

Problems
Would not feed due to the added weight and movement in mag housing. Tried using many different types of ammo with the same results. Returned clip and swapped for another one with the same results. Shooting in a breakdown, ss barrel with a bk25 trigger. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
