If this is for the 4.25 barrel does the threading stick out of the slide? It does not specify the true length of the barrel and would like to have this cleared thank you.

If the barrel is threaded it will always stick out of the slide since the suppressor needs space to mount. The barrel length in addition to the threads should be around 4.6"

Probably not, as it may be too short. This barrel is for a standard full size M&P with a 4.25" barrel. If you have the 4.25" Pro, than this will fit. However, most of the Pro series models have a 5" barrel.
