Hard-hitting, deer-dropping performance. Slightly oversized for great smooth-bore shotgun performance, resulting in better sealing against the barrel wall and more consistent shot-to-shot velocities.

A close examination of big game record books quickly reveals one strikingly consistent fact; the overwhelming majority of trophy book whitetails are found in shotgun slug-only states. Why stake your hunt on inferior shotgun slugs? When the buck of a lifetime steps out at 150 yards, squeeze the trigger with confidence.

I use this round for my yearly Russian Boar Hunt... This is a great round and very powerful. I harvested a 300 pound boar with a perfect heart shot. It went down in one shot... I will be using this round from now on. I was shooting my Mossberg 930 SPX autoloader with an EOTech scope.

I shoot this stuff through a Remington 870 Tactical with a Blackhawk Industries recoil reducing stock and rifle sighted barrel. I fired these rounds through the gun both before and after the stock installation. That stock makes the recoil from this ammo tolerable. Shooting at 50 yards, this ammo will consistently produce 1' to 1.5' groups if the shooter can handle the recoil. However, that's a tall order if you plan to shoot more than 2 or 3 rounds at a time.

If you are the least bit
If you are the least bit scared of recoil, this ammo is not for you. I shot five rounds through a break action H&R 12 ga. and when I finished, my shoulder had blood blisters on it. It's great ammo with great quality, and it will fold up a deer like a lawn chair!

I bought 10 rounds of this for my Winchester Ranger. This ammo looks brutal as the tip of the slug is flat like a pancake, I shot though pallets and boards and small trees with this. The only thing that Im not to fond of is the recoil. This ammo kicks worse than 000 buckshot Id say. Ive only shot 2 or 3 rounds of it, Im saving the rest for close range hog hunting. Will post again after season starts.
