This is not 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition. It will not work in a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle.

Tired of perpetually scanning the horizon in search of proper 6mm Creedmoor hunting ammo? Then the answer to all your problems is right under your nose! Remington’s Core-Lokt design has proven itself in the woods since 1939, and it’s no less effective when applied to a 20th century cartridge!

The “Core-Lokt” brand actually means something. If you were to slice this round’s 110 grain pointed soft point in half sagittally, you would see where its copper jacket nips and locks into its lead core. That ensures the bullet keeps hold of its weight and momentum, and continues driving forward as its traditional cup-and-core soft point design delivers up to double-diameter terminal expansion.

Remington advertises this round’s 100gr PSP as having .272 G1 BC. If fired from a 24” barrel, such a bullet hits 3,000 fps muzzle velocity and retains at least 1,000 ft lbs of energy until approximately 272 yards.
