The RCBS Neck Die Set is a must for any serious bolt action reloader. The Neck sizing die sizes the neck to go back into the same rifle. The case is decaped and the shell neck expended to accept the bullet in one action. The Seater Die has a built in roll crimp to secure the bullet while seating. Shell holder sold separately.
