This is not 8x57mm IRS (rimmed) ammunition.

This cartridge is loaded with a heavyweight 198 grain full metal jacket projectile (just like Germany’s standard s.S. Patrone round, which the country issued during WWII). The bullet is a brass jacket wrapped around a lead core: nonmagnetic, due to emerge from a 24” barrel at a velocity of 2,181 fps, with a 0.508 G1/0.257 G7 ballistic coefficient. Real world results always vary, but trajectory should look *approximately* like this: 0 yds: -1.50” → 100 yds: 3.50” → 200 yds: 0.01” → 300 yds: -13.35” → 400 yds: -38.25” → 500 yds: -76.73”
