Don't waste your money / Risk your life
Magazines do not sit flush with the bottom of the mag well on my P229 .40. Every shot caused a misfeed and jammed the action. Thankfully I range tested these before using them for my CCW mags. Don't waste your money with these - Get Sig Sauer mags only. What's disappointing is that these aren't even that cheap of an option. Still paid $45 (after shipping) to get two magazines that are garbage. I know its not CTD's fault, but I will never buy ProMag again. Cons: Do not feed

Garbage
I'm all for getting things at a better price, but this is one area where original equipment is a must. This mag won't lock the slide back like it should. My factory mags do it just fine so it's not the pistol.

If I could rate it less then 1 star I would
I should have paid attention to the other reviews and not have purchased this piece of garbage. I purchased three magazines and with all three I got consistent failure to extract or double feeds. I tested the magazines with .40 S&W and .357SIG and all of them were consistent failures. I can think of now use for them so all of them are in the trash. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PIECES OF GARBAGE Cons: Failure to extract

Complete waste
After 4 seperate range visits, with different types of ammo so as to ensure not other equipment error, I can definitively say these are utter trash. Failed to cycle round numerous times.

I purchased two of these
I purchased two of these ProMag SIG Sauer P229 Magazine .40 S&W 12 Round Blue Steel SIG-A2 and the best way to put it is they are Trash! One mag worked fine and the other one would fail to eject I had to use force and pull it out! I highly recommend only ordering SIG mags. roMag will never get my business again.

Bought 2 of these for a t
Bought 2 of these for a training class to supplement my Sig Mags. During an 8 hour class, these mags jammed 6 times. Great for immediate action training, but useless for anything else. The Sig magazines performed flawlessly. At the time, these were the only ones in stock; will be trashing them as soon as Sig mags are bag in stock.
