very poor workmanship.
very poor workmanship. after the 3rd bullet it becomes extremely hard to load the rest of the bullets into the magazine. the inner spring easily often pops out throwing the bullet platform, making it almost impossible to assemble the magazine back together

This was my second pair o
This was my second pair of 8 round magazines I purchased for my P220. I was satisfied with their performance in my firearm but it's the 10 round magazines I would not recommend and that's why I gave it a 4 rating. The promag 10 round mag kept jamming after firing only once, so beware of the ten rnd mags but so far so good as far as the 8rnd mags are concerned. I'm not sure if I would recommend these mags. You just can't beat factory.

Ordered a couple just to take to the range since the Sig one are so expensive and when fully loaded it consistently malfunctions in various ways when you only load 7 rounds the malfunctions are fewer but they still happen in true Promag fashion these mags are just garbage ....... invest in the Sig mags

I thought, 'Hey, they have a lifetime warranty. Maybe they'll be fine.' I couldn't have been more wrong. I have an early '90s made in Germany model P220 and nothing about the magazine seemed right. The first complaint was that the mag wouldn't insert all the way. I slammed the mag and nothing. I pulled the slide back and it refused to lock. So I put one shell in to see if it would feed. It did, I thought 'meh; at best I can use it at the range.' Hit the mag release, and it didn't drop. I loaded the mag to seven, the eighth round wouldn't budge, the spring is way too stiff. I put the mag back in the gun, it refused to feed properly. I love Cheaper Than Dirt, but ProMag really needs to step it up. Their returns department must be busy as all get out.

Thought this mag would be different from every other promag mag I've ever used, but I was wrong. Its just as cheap as all their other products. It loaded the first 7 rounds and the 8th would stovepipe consistently I tested this over and over with the same result. I'm returning these ASAP and investing in magazines that will function reliably.
