No. The FPC does not use the Shield mags.
I don't know how to load it, I'm new to drum magazines and the directions it came with not helping. Are there any videos online that will tell u how to load it?

So would this be able to work with the Henry homesteader?

No. The M&P9 Shield is a single stack. The Homesteader utilizes double stack magazines. If you have the Homesteader M&P9 magwell installed, you can use standard M&P9 double stack mags like item# 2-MGPMDRM-A54 . Please note: The M&P9 and the M&P9 Shield are two different (but similar) handguns.
