Do not put more than 40 rounds in it!
Bottom line, even though you can fit 42, only put 40 in. I did it just to see if I could, which you easily can, but the spring tension against the rounds will immediately jam your BCG up when you go to eject the first round, leaving a huge dent in the next round's casing.... Besides my screw-up, the magazine works exactly as it should when you only put in 40. It even works better than my normal milspec and on-par with my magpul pmags (the roller mechanism is pretty cool). I will definitely be buying a few of the 30 round versions. Great magazines for the money. Pros: Smooth following mechanism
