Here is an economical alternative to conventional dedicated weapon lights. This mount from ProMag allows you to attach a flashlight to any Picatinny rail. It will accommodate any flashlight of either 1" or .75" diameter, and offsets the light approximately 1.375" from the rail center line. The mount is constructed of virtually indestructible synthetic polymer materials. The offset design means a light can even be attached to the top rail without interfering with sights or optics.
