Throws up shells after loaded
After loading the magazine, it has to be moved slow and gentle and placed in the mag well quickly or it will "vomit" all the rounds you just loaded. I load 35 rounds and the magazine dispensed all without a flaw. It just won't store well loaded. Bad thing to go for a loaded mag and find all your shells laying on ground.

Works fine for my mini
First time using did give a little trouble when putting first bullet in chamber. Thought it was incompatible but with a little patience was able to use. Make sure gun is well oiled . Only fired it a few times but no jams. Want to buy more.

Snaps in fits well but the top half inch prevent the bolt from sliding open or closing when open it goes about half way up the bolt

Bad buy
Purchased after seeing some good reviews on other sites. Turns out it does not work with my 583 mini 14. Mag will not feed and can not pull action back if mag is loaded with bolt closed. Tried pulling action back with empty mag, same issue. Mag I received looks different than the mag in the picture also.

Will not feed a single 5.56 round
I could not be more disappointed in this product. The magazine seats perfectly into my Mini 14 but will not feed a single round into the gun. I bought 3 of them and tried each of them full, half full and with a single round and never got one to load into the gun. I was so excited about these because the 20 round Ruger magazines are a pain. Ugh!
