This magazine sucks
This magazine doesn’t work and I can only load ten rounds in it.

I would not recommend this magazine
I broke my own rule about never buying after market magazines. Every magazine I use I am betting my life on. I bought 5 of these Promag VP9 mags because of the price. They advertise as 17 rounds; the most I could load was 9. I got failures too feed on all five. They are now in the garbage.

Adequate for the Range
I bought these with the hope of using these on the range as well as in my personal life when I carry. Initially while attempting to load the magazine I instantly had second thoughts. I tried to keep an open mind as I went to the range and loaded 10 rounds into the magazines. The magazine fed well, locked back the slide, and didn't give any issues, BUT I was still very bothered that I purchased a 17 round mag that felt to not want more than 10 rounds to be loaded at a time. I then considered swapping the follower and base with one from H&K, but quickly realized that the two are not compatible with each other. At that point I was pretty turned off with the Pro Mag magazines. Valiant effort, but an attempt that feel short of the goal. Pros: Compatible with H&K VP9 (9mm) Cons: 17rd capacity but problems with more than 10

Mine Pro Mag Magazine doesn't work with H & K speed loader
I'm not sure why, but I can't get my Pro Mag magazine to load properly using the H and K standard magazine or speed loader (whatever the heck you call it). My H and K magazines work fine at the range but it took so long to load the Pro Mag that I gave up. I'm not sure why.

For the Spousal Unit
I purchased 10 ProMag H&K VP9 17 Round 9mm Magazines to accompany her H&K VP9 11-year "steel" anniversary gift. Loaded each out of the box with 15 rounds of FMJ, and encountered zero malfunctions. Strong product at the perfect price point. I strongly recommend ProMag H&K VP9 17 Round 9mm Magazines.

I would buy these again, just not the extended mags.
I really like these, gr8 for the range and "Tinkering"... just DON'T buy the extended mags that hold 32 rounds, they do NOT fit into the gun tight and cause jam after jam after jam.. almost every other round. going to be sticking with these for now on.

Ok for range use but wouldn't trust my life on it
Several times I had a failure to feed on the 2nd round in the mag. I'd load, fire, and first attempt to load next round into battery would fail to feed. No issues after that first round failing. Possibly an issue with a stiff spring that will work itself out over time but as of now I can't say I'd trust my life on it. Fine for range use however and a hell of a lot cheaper than factory mags. Pros: Cheap and fine for range use Cons: Feed issues

ProMag H&K VP9
Typical good/acceptable ProMag quality. Not as advertized however as they only hold 15 rounds. Haven't run the gun with them.
