Do Not Buy !
If you are considering buying this product I would strongly urge you not to. I took my newly acquired ProMag to the range with my Stoeger 8000- 9mm, and on the 4th use it jammed in my gun. Now I keep my firearms in Very good shape and have never had a problem with the factory Italian Mags. It took me about 5 minutes to strip the magazine from my gun because it wouldn't fall free. As a matter of fact this new magazine never did fall free when I engaged the magazine release button. Perhaps that should have told me something right there. These Mags are cheap and are not worth the headache, or possible damage to your firearm. I don't blame Cheaper Than Dirt for the poor quailty, but perhaps they should rethink selling this brand before someone gets hurt using a subpar product

I bought my Beretta Couga
I bought my Beretta Cougar 8000 (original Beretta, not Stoeger) back in the days of the Brady Ban. I've recently started carrying a lot more often, and decided I needed to take advantage of greater capacity. I ordered two of these Promags. Neither holds 15 rounds. All I could muster is 14. While loading, I hear something rattling around inside. This does not inspire confidence. Most importantly, neither magazine ejects properly.

While I was loading the mag, I heard something rattling around inside. I went ahead and fired of the rounds and the mag worked fine, but then a tiny Phillips screw head popped out. I left a report with customer service on the Pro Mag website, and several days later have heard absolutely nothing back. Even though the mag worked (but for how long), Pro Mag customer support is questionable.
