Doesn't feed properly
Upon installation in both a billet and a polymer lower, had feed issues right from the start. As others pointed out the feed ramp is too low. Mine did a great job of pushing the bullet into the casing farther and deforming the tip of the round. It almost acts like the feed ramp portion (the part that you remove to install the unit) pushes down and causes the problem. May look at doing the modifications listed below, but may just change adapters as well.

Don't waste your money
First time I put in a Colt 9mm magazine the whole thing shattered.

Feed ramp is 1. too lw, 2. too wide in the front
Feed ramp is 1. too lw, 2. too wide in the front, You can't do squat about 1 but 2 you can. Reshaped (narrowed to flow more to the center). And after taking the upper apart and Dremeling a feed ramp, it runs like a son of a gun. Look at the picture, while it is feeding, you can see the copper from the ball ammo striking way too low. Pros: cheap Cons: Feed ramp: 1. too low, 2. too wide in the front

I will be more careful with my purchases in the future
will not fit in a palmetto state armory lower, fits fine in an Anderson lower and a DPMS lower. built in feed ramp is to low and forces the projectile back into the case. have only been able to get one round to feed into the chamber of my BCA upper. Looking at this product and comparing to others, the others have a better designed feed ramp but, they all use set screws to hold them in place where this one can be removed with no tools. Great idea just needs some more design work. Pros: installs easily Cons: no ability to adjust feed ramp height

Feed ramp too low
The feed ramp sits way too low in the one I received. It had to be modified quite a bit to make it functional. But with a little handy work I now have a working adapter for 1/3 the price of the other options out there.

Yes
When I installed it in my Anderson lower. The smaller piece with the ramp didn't lock in, causing the gun to jam. I filed the bottom of the locking button and it now runs 100%. Also it it stops ejecting look at the ejector. My ejector got bent during initial jams due to ramp not locking in. I'm running it with an asc 32rd. Mag. It feeds hollow points and will be my home defense gun as well as my PCC gun

You can't beat it!
I purchased this for my AR-9 polymer build and it works great. Super easy to install and no problems. I did have to widen and deepen and polish the feed ramp on my barrel for it to feed properly but that was an issue with the barrel not the adaptor and I do that to all my guns to help feeding of HP and lead bullets. The adaptor fit in 2 different polymer lowers and 2 aluminum lowers but would not fit in my Yankee Hill lower, not sure why but just an example of how every gun is not the same. Ill be buying another one of these so my wife will leave mine alone.

Works great!
Was worried about the other low rated reviews. However, I used this in my 9mm build and it worked flawlessly. It holds the bolt open on the last shot, worked great with Stag Arms 32 round colt mags. My only issue is it can be a little finicky to get in or out of the mag well. Other than that I had no feeding issues.

Mine Works
I don't know how y'all build 'em out but in mil-spec lowers with a proper bolt Mine Works. Built a caliber conversion for my son consisting of a 9mm upper, this block and a few mags. It must be good cuz everybody wants one.

Flawless function for a fraction of the competition's price
I was hesitant to buy a ProMag product seeing the reviews on nearly everything else they make. i had friends even make fun of me when I told them I ordered this. The product is easy to install but I would not describe it as "quick change." Once it is installed consider the lower semi-permanently 9mm. With that in mind the ProMag brand polymer magazines work best with this block. Everything holds in tight and feeding is flawless.

May work, but not in Poly frame
Installed in poly frame, would not feed mags. Kept getting stuck on BCG. It was very good at ramming the bullet into the feed lip and shoving the projectile into the casing. It may work on a real frame, but not the poly that I had (Tenn Arms). Has something to do with the tolerances of the poly frame and poly adapter. May work in a more expensive metal frame, may not. Just something to think about if you are trying a bdget build with poly.

Does this let you use the normal Mag release? Will it work with a California fixed mag set up? Specifically the Kingpin/Maglock setup? Is there a version for Glock mags?
Answer: You would need to contact ProMag to confirm compatibly with a CA compliant firearm. ProMag does not make a similar version for GLOCK pattern magazines.
The description says this has an ejector, yet there is absolutely no ejector even shown in the picture of this - what gives???
Answer: You are right, it has been inadvertently cut our of the picture. I will get that fixed. Thank you!
WHAT does the term "roller" mean in this item's description?
Answer: I assume Promag means the feed ramp, but you could ask them to be sure.
What 9mm magazines will work with this
Answer: Colt SMG pattern magazines.
Do you have to remove the magazine or bolt catch to install? Does it come with any installation instructions? I've seen some reviews that PM237 required the bolt catch pin to be removed whereas this PM237B model claims to be quick change. How does that work?
Answer: ProMag says the PM237B model replaced the PM237 and that the B model will install from the bottom of the magazine well (or the top). They did not know if the bolt catch must be removed.
How is this installed? I've seen that there is a PM237 and a PM237B model.
Answer: It slides in the magazine well from the top.
