ProMag for Ruger
ProMag with lifetime warranty. Little difficult to get 15th round loaded, but that doesn't bother me. If I can't hit what I'm shooting at with 14 (+1) shots that last one probably won't make much difference.

Not Machined Well for Loading
Almost impossible to load full clip - Winchester Luger or Remington hollow points. No fuller so will not accept Ruger loader. Expensive and not worth it. However, the magazine is compatible with the pistol.

I bought this because I was attracted by the price, and I noticed another CTD customer said these worked in later model p89s. Upon delivery, I opened the box and slid it into my weapon. I pulled the slide back and all seemed well until I pulled the release down and the slide caught on the magazine. I was a little disappointed because I thought I bought a dud, but upon some examination, I noticed that the back of the magazine was catching on the slide right under the firing pin. So I took a sharpening stone that I use for my knives and filed that particular part down then cleaned it with some Rem Oil and now the mag works like a dream. Shot about 100 rounds of Tula with this mag and zero ftfs or ftes. 2 bullets for having to modify the mag and an extra because of the superb shipping (I chose the $6 surepost and it got here in 3 days, even though it says 7 - 10 days).

I purchased four of these
I purchased four of these mags for my P95s. I have experienced the same issues as others, i.e., misfeeds, double feeds, gun locking halfway open, magazines getting stuck, slide locking back on mag with one or more rounds left. Bottom line, these are not reliable, and therefore junk.

I ordered one of these, even after reading other reviews. I own a newer model P89 (has the updated Ruger logo under the chamber). Mag shoots well, no FTF or FTE issues that others report. I would order another ONLY after doing some more testing to see if this one acts up. The only gripe is the floor plate doesn't sit flush with the frame like the factory mags do. It does catch the mag release well but has some spring to it, like the mag didn't seat all the way. I also did what someone else suggested - right out of the box, I loaded it fully and let it sit for about a month before taking it out and testing it. For a spare on the cheap, it works. I would still prefer to go with factory mags for reliability reasons.
