Poor fitament
Fitament sucked at least 1/16 gap on back end of it caused spacer to wobble in hand made of hard plastic would've been better if used a rubber it would give better grip and conform to magazine better I unfortunately bought the 2pk magazine is cheap feeling as well

Great mag! Its too big of course to wear on a concealed carry but I carry them as back up mags. A complete blast at the range though ?

Ruger EC9S extended mags
Product arrived promptly and fit the Ruger EC9S as expected for a ProMag product. The extended capacity will be welcomed when practicing at the range. The Ruger only comes with one mag so the extra mags are a definite must.

With the 10th round in. My EC9S is super hard to rack up. So I guess I purchased another nine round magazine.the base of the magazine doesn’t match the firearm, unless the firearm has a grip on it. otherwise, you have the sharp corner right where your index finger would go.

They don’t work right. Real bummer because they look great and seem like good quality.

Nice to have 10 rounds, but disappointed that the lower plastic piece on the mag isn’t molded or glued in place. So it moves around in your hand and feels off.

Holds more rounds
Liked the fact that I can fit ten rounds into my LC9, however I have small hands and it does add some length to the grip of the pistol. Still, for the price and how fast the shipping was I'm extremely happy with it!

Yes
Works fine. Makes the gun handle protrude some but easier to grab. When inserted , the bottom grip does not fully engage the gun handle so it can wiggle slightly. But not enough to be significant. Holding the narrow profile of the gun while giving you 43%more rounds...why not??

jams easy
I own a Ruger LC9S and my grandpa owns an EC9S. We practice occasionally, so I bought 2 of these mags for him and myself. We found that both magazines frequently jam our pistols because it doesn't load properly when the slide goes to chamber a new round out of the mag. We both have run many rounds out of the expensive 7-round & 9-round Ruger-made magazines almost flawlessly. I do not recommend this cheap piece. It also does not appear as cool or appealing as the Ruger-made magazines to fit the look of both handgun models.

Worth it for the price
Holds 10+1 rounds. Fits great. Grip doesn't match as expected but thats okay. Loads and chambers every round fine. Did a mag dump just to test it out and had no feed problems so far. Not sure what's with the negative reviews. Maybe I got lucky or its just I keep my gun as clean as the day I bought it. I even clean lube the inside of my mags after every use. I highly reccomend this as a back up.

Carry as extra mag for daily carry Pros: No FTFs. Seats properly and locks tight. Cons: Grip different stipple than my Ruger grip.

Works good, looks bad
I bought this, not for the higher capacity, but because my hand was too big for the grip. I could only get a fraction of my pinky on the factory grip, and couldn't control recoil very well with just 2 fingers. The magazine worked flawlessly, but doesn't match the stippling on the grip. So what you revive won't look like the picture on this site. Otherwise, would have gotten 5 stars. I will add a pic of what I got so you can see the difference. Have no other complaints :-) Pros: Had no failure to feed after 100 rounds of ammo. Cons: Doesn't match stippling on gun

Updated Review
Originally purchased three of these for extra capacity on range practice trips. All three mags had FTL issues. In my original review, I noted that I would contact CTD/ProMag for warranty action. CTD asked me to call ProMag direct, which I did. They were very helpful, told me to send the mags back, and provided an RMA. Which, of course, I did...on my own dime...they only pay the freight on the return leg, so that is my only complaint with ProMag and that is only because I am a cheap SOB according to my wife. ProMag shipped me three new magazines for the three defective ones. I finally got the range, and ran a box of 50 through each one...three different types of ammo manufacturers with different individual rounds....FMJ, JHP, Frangible, from Winchester, MaxxTech, and Sellier...brass and steel casings...no problems with these mags. I guess the first set were simply defective, but ProMag made good on their lifetime warranty, so these ended up costing me $2 more per mag for the shipping, but that price from CTD was still a good deal even with the warranty annoyance. Pros: Great service from ProMag Cons: Had to pay the shipping one way

Feed Problems Galore..
As many others have mentioned, I purchased 2 of these back in 2015 and after trying quite a few times over the years (and eventually giving up), I got fed up with the feeding issues. I've had them apart, cleaned, checked for binding etc with no improvement. If you load more than 7-8 rounds, it will feed the first round, then jam. (The only consistent thing about these mags is the jamming). If they only work with 7-8 rounds: just save your money and just buy an extra 7 round factory magazine. These kind of make the LC-9 look "Goofy" with the extended mag so If you can only use 7, what's the point?? I wouldn't trust these to perform "when needed". I now "load 7+1" and carry an extra factory 7 round mag.

FTL every time...with a variety of different ammo.
These 10 round 9mm mags for the Ruger LC9 pistol were purchased to make range practice easier...more rounds per mag means more time shooting and less time loading mags...except when you are trying to clear a jammed round after a FTL. I bought 3 of these expecting a high quality product. First time on the range with these mags and my expectations were not met. I did troubleshoot the magazines. Tried all three, same problem each time. They seem a little loose when you finally get the mag locked in...and getting the mag locked took multiple release button pushes and resets with a few extra bumps. The slide will load the first round as expected, and the pistol (LC9) fires as expected, but the next round does not load or hangs up on the ramp causing a dented bullet. JHP Bullets (Fiocchi JHP 147grs were the original loads) removed and replaced with FMJ target ammo (Sellier Bellot FMJ 115 grs) with same result. Bullets transferred to a 9 round Ruger mag and a 7 round Ruger mag that did not experience a single FTL. This purchase was a waste of money and time at the range trying to trouble shoot a problem that should not have existed. Bad quality control. I will ask for a refund, but am not expecting one. If any satisfaction is offered, I will report back. However, at this point, 4 hours removed from the range, I must document this experience in a review.

Does not feed if loaded past 8 rds
I too ignored the reviews and this time it actually burnt me. I bought two of these and they both are near impossible to load the last couple rounds, when loaded fully there's multiple fail to feed issues. I even tried loading and unloading one magazine multiple times thinking it was just because it was so new but at the end of the day these mags are garbage and sadly that's where they are going.

Great magazine
Fit perfect with my lc9s pro. No need to modify the plastic adapter. Ran about 50 rounds. Had 1 FTF, but I think the spring just needed to be broken in. Will buy more and would recommend.

Bought one to try it out
I purchased one of these and a 9 round Ruger mag. I've only shot this one twice and both times it failed to feed multiple times. I got to the point where I just unloaded the rounds and put them in my Ruger mag. I wouldn't trust this mag in a self defense situation. The feed ramps are a little different and maybe if filed down the mag would function better. Pros: Extra rounds Cons: Failure to feed

Just what I needed
I haven't gone to the range with these magazines yet but I love the fact that they hold the extra rounds without compromising the look of the firearm. The 10th round is a little difficult to get in the magazine but it's not a con.

The fit is good at 9 roun
The fit is good at 9 rounds. However when you place the 10th round in the magazine it causes the mag to become hard to seat (2 stars). For the price of one 9 round factory magazine I was able to buy two promag 9 round magazines (four stars). And of course the prompt delivery I have come to expect from CTD. Yes I would recommend these, as 9 round mags. Happy shooting.

I bought 3 of these a few
I bought 3 of these a few months back, prior to taking the shooting range course for my CCH license. Apart from the initial use of my stock 7 round magazine, I used these 10 round ones for the remainder of my shooting, with absolutely no problems. Having the extra rounds available made the shooting range portion a breeze. I would definitely recommend these, and will probably be ordering some more.

I am using these in a LC9
I am using these in a LC9S which is technically incompatible. The slide lock notch on the follower needs to be made a little wider. The grip wrap needs to be modified or removed (slides off) Also cleaned the flash off the follower as well since it was a little rough. Preped 4 mags in about 20mins. Out of 120 fired rds thru 4 mags I had one hang up when chambering the first round, I did not cleanly release the slide and it low fed enough to stop. These seem to work ok, factory for carry.

When i first bought this
When i first bought this magazine it was so stiff i could barely get the 10th round in the magazine. CTD customer service said load and unload a few times and it will loosen up. I did so but no change. Perplexed i disassembled the magazine to investigate. Come to find the spring and buttplate locking plate were turned around backwards. It came from the factory like this. I reassembled correctly and now it works flawlessly. Beside the lil snafu im happy with it
