Slowly goes from 3% brightness to 20%. Remains at 20% brightness the entire length of being activated. "Motion" - Activated at dusk and deactivated at daybreak. The light remains in off position until it detects motion. At that time the light slowly increases brightness from 3% to 100% brightness. After 3 minutes of no motion detected the brightness will slowly decrease back to 0%.
