The Polish MP-5 Gas Mask is an authentic piece of Polish military equipment. This Polish gas mask set includes a like new mask, carrying bag and a new sealed 40mm gas filter. Poland’s military originally developed the MP-5 to protect troops from nuclear, biological, chemical and radiation threats.
I This Polish MP-5 was the first mask adopted by Polish Land Forces after the political turmoil of 1989 and the birth of the Third Polish Republic. A direct copy of the French ARF-A. Huge field of view and comfortable 6-strap fit. This mask uses the common threaded 40mm NATO standard filters. Featuring a six-point adjustable head strap, nose cup with controlled air flow to prevent lens fogging, integrated speech diaphragm, and an instantly recognizable due to the panoramic single eyepiece.

Polish people must have small heads because this one was tight. I will never complain again about the mask I had to wear in the Army. It’s more of a conversation piece and the price was fair so it’s all good.

Worth it.
Great mask and easy to adjust the size. The filters were sealed and everything was clean. The only only reason i would not recommend this to a friend is because i already bought them one... i would however recommend them to everyone else.

Decent mask.
The mask appears to be new or at least unused and came with a new filter still sealed in its plastic bag. It is made of soft rubber and seals against your face easily and comfortably. The straps are adjustable and the bottom 2 use a hook for quick release. The only drawback I found with this gas mask is with the eye piece part of the mask. It is made of a one piece flexible plastic that is sealed into the rubber of the mask instead of a single, one piece hard plastic or glass eye piece as with other gas masks. I find it harder to clean and it can be a little harder to see through at times and tends to fog up more easily than hard plastic or glass types. This is just my opinion, some may find this type of eye piece material superior to the solid/hard type.
