The Kentri 3.5 Short Buffer System is a direct replacement for the traditional receiver extension/buffer tube, buffer, and spring on your AR pistol. This can reduce your overall length by almost half. The Kentri 3.5 extends a mere 3.5" from the rear of the receiver. The dual recoil spring assembly has a plunger with a flange that inserts into the rear of the bolt carrier which reduces the necessary length of the tube with a traditional buffer.
