Pads Great, Tool Itself Not So Much
The Otis star chamber cleaning tool worked perfectly the first three uses. it failed on the fourth. While it worked my star chamber was cleaner than it had been in years. At first I tried generic pads. After that I exclusively used Otis brand pads.
