Good ammo
Works well. Cycles through my 870 and black aces 12 gage pumps with no problem. Yes you feel lower recoil. I’m buying more because as one reviewer said you can not have enough ammo.

Truly a power packed round without a hard kick as I call it, or recoil.. All other buckshot kicks harder but same effect. I really like these shells.

Not true 2 3/4
There are a slight bit over 2 3/4” and as a result I can only fit 4 of the 5 rounds that my gun holds. They shoot fine, but the size is a deal breaker

Order got here quick, price point is super fair especially with today’s pricing on ammo. worked great from my shockwave wouldn’t say it made a huge difference because of the small barrel,but perhaps from a long gun will be a bigger difference ?

Will these cycle a semi-automatic shot gun?

If you shotgun can do 2 3/4 then yes this should cycle in your shotgun.
