This light's 1" wide body is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, is compatible with most 3rd party 1" flashlight mounts, and a helical pattern is machined into the body to offer a secure grip. The main power source is a rechargeable Li-ion battery, but this light can also run on two CR123 batteries (not included, not compatible with rechargeable CR123-style batteries) by using the included CR123 battery carrier.
