This bipod seems very stu
This bipod seems very sturdy and durable. Good construction and a low cost make it a great buy. Mounted it to my M-4. I like the various detents in the legs that let you lock the legs at different heights. The only problem I encountered is that the heat shield in the M-4 hand guard will not fit back into the hand guard after I fitted the bipod mount. So now my lower hand guard does not have a heat shield. Otherwise I'm very pleased with it.

Answer:
It will not mount to the sling swivel. You will need a sling swivel stud on the underside of the handguard.
