Hello again Lee! Here is NcSTAR's answer to your question: "The VG099 is designed for use an AKM pattern rifle. The Pioneer Arms Hellpup is a pistol and I’m not sure whether or not the handguards for that particular firearm are standard rifle spec handguards or if they’re shorter like most AK pattern pistols. I don’t have access to a Hellpup to test. If the Hellpup handguards are the same as AKM rifle handguards, the VG099 should fit."
