Is this tapped for a scope?

No it is not. Typically the receiver of the shotgun would be dilled and tapped for an optic mount, not the barrel. Alternatively you may want to consider a cantilever barrel. (Please note a cantilever barrel has the optic mount welded to the barrel which then extends back over the receiver, the barrel is not drilled and tapped.)
