A worthy upgrade
I do like this upgrade... I have a short to medium beard though and this sucker is not beard friendly sometimes... I havent came home from the range with a bald spot on my cheek but boy I can feel it occasionally pull a hair or 2. But still the cost in my opinion is well worth it... oh and as others said religion COULD be at risk of being lost installing this.

Nice option!
What a difference a good cheek weld makes. Very inexpensive option to enhance a mil spec A2 buttstock without having to buy a higher price stock. Instructions left a bit to be desired but with a little fiddling around w it, fits on solidly tight. Would buy again.

Fits very tighly looks like its part of the stock. Decent quality broke sling loop during install but im not using it anyway. Extremely difficult to install, it took me several times but eventually got it just right. Besides that a good add on without buying a more expensive stock.

Pull out tubes are made o
Pull out tubes are made of rubber and will hold 3 CR123 batteries each. Tubes fit securely into housing. Would not recommend for AA or other batteries, however could be possible with modification. Material is sturdy and fit is good. Takes a little trial and error to install but no big deal. Be careful not to cross thread the screws. All hardware and wrenches are included. Choice of QD sling mount or standard sling mount is a plus. Used fine grit sand paper to smooth the edges of the plastic just for good measure. May change your cheek weld enough to slightly effect your sight alignment using iron sights. I recommend this item, beats paying $100 or so on a specially designed stock, just add this one to what you got for the same effect.
